that's good, but if you got the 4k stick that isn't the new model as the new
4k model isn't out yet.
the best way to get the audio description working is to search for something
that you know has audio description.
press and hold the microphone button and say "find Jack reacher"
this is an audio described series.
start one of the episodes playing
press the menu button
cursor down to the audio sub menu
press ok
cursor down to audio description and press ok press the back button to get
back to the episode playing and it will now have the audio description
working this will remain turned on for everything that you play with audio
description.
there is now a second way of turning audio description on.
if you navigate to settings, press ok, then cursor to accessibility, then
cursor down to audio description and press ok you can now select for it to
be on or off.
it might be quite lucky that you have the older stick, as i am still having
a problem with the new one that has the new operating system.
every few days when turning it on it brings up this screen where it wants
you to agree to terms and conditions but this doesn't work with the speech
and i am unable to select agree.
turning it off and on a couple of times seems to bypass this screen for a
few more days.
but at some stage i will probably need to get some sighted help to activate
the agree button with the speech turned off.
