I've also had the same problem with my sonus. I managed to get one off Ebay, I found them great for finding out the name of the currently playing song/program.

If it's gone the same way as one of mine you'll find the display is lit up but blank except for a row of rectangular markers filling it. My understanding is that it's the mother boards which go. To be honey, the station identification on mine was so out of date as to be largely useless. But it was good for checking the time in the night. * Ian Macrae **/Editor /*Disability Now *www.disabilitynow.org.uk <http://www.disabilitynow.org.uk/>* *follow us *@disabilitynow <https://twitter.com/DisabilityNow> *- Facebook <https://www.facebook.com/pages/Disability-Now/448258551882688> and sign up to our eNewsletter *here <http://www.disabilitynow.org.uk/newsletter-subscription>** *Disability Now, 6-10 Market Road, London, N7 9PW* * * On 25 Feb 2014, at 12:36, Jackie Brown wrote:Hi Pele et al This is a very strange situation with the Sonus radios. I have read that lots of people have found their radio dead after a certain length of time, and for no apparent reason. I will ask Martin's sister Bridget to take a look at the display for me when she comes in on Thursday evening, but so far not so good! I followed Culvinder's instructions to reset it, but it seems dead apart from the fact we know there is power. After a while these radios seem to just stop. We had one that stopped in this way and could not be revived. I believe there is someone who repairs them, but it costs quite a lot of money. I hope it works for you, Jackie.
