My experience is not quite the same as yours.
I was able to log in to the Reading Service until a few days ago. I downloaded
lots of books, but then I started to find that "Download Pending" did not
changing to "Download". It would then say "download Expired" after a few days,
and if I tried to download the book again it told mewhen the bookhad been
downloaded (even though it hadn't) and did not give me the option to download
it again.
I was told this was a known problem and it was being investigated.
Since then I have not been able to download any books and, when I tried to log
in earlier this week to see if the problem had been resolved, I got "The page
cannot be displayed".
I don't know if technical support has been disrupted due to lock down.
I am so disappointed, because it all started so well.
