As this petition seems to be popping up all over the place, I think I too
would tend to agree with Alex even if I didn't put it quite so strongly. I
assume that if visually impaired people were automatically to get higher
rate mobility allowance they would at the same time lose free travel
concessions they already have? I don't think we can have it both ways.
