Andrew, I am not trying to argue that no blind people should get the higher
rate mobility payment. I just feel that it would not be right for all blind
and visually impaired people to get it.

Hi Derrick yes up until a few months ago I couldn't walk around without
using crutches, now you try using these at the sametime of using a white
stick. now this is me, for other people not everyone can get a guide dog,
not everyone can use a long cane either, I have just finished with my
mobility officer and he was saying that he has four people on his books
that cannot get a guide dog for one reason or another, three of these
cannot use a long cane, so how the hell are these people going to get
about?. I don't think what Alex said and others was necessary it was a
bit hard. I am not going to say anymore on the subject from now.
