Hmmm... I thought that NTL was a really good deal but I'm beginning to wonder.  
I pay £15.99 a month for unrestricted 256k with Tiscali.

  we used to pay £14,99 when I was on the 128K connection.  but when NTL first
  increased that, the price went up to what it is now.

  Your's is a pretty decent connection, so I'm finding out myself.
