Hi Frank, Like David I've had no hassle with upgrading the broadband access
with NTL on both occations when my speed has been adjusted. saying that, I
don't use the set top box for internet, got an NTL modem.  the set top box
is for digital TV only.  I don't know if this is the same for david too?
