I'm not jealous.  Just because mine is 19kb at best on Tiscali.  NTL can't be 
bothered to lay the cable up the hill to my street.  If I was out in some 
remote village on the outskirts of Glasgow, for instance, then I might 
understand why they haven't got around to it yet.  But a hundred yards up the 
hill?  That's taking the proverbrial.

  that's a good question Andrew.  the website told me, after I submited my
  post code, that, I'll be waiting until september for it.  Now it seems my
  downloading if faster than usual.  I've given it a test on downloading
  random files on the net and the download kb per sec is as high as 39 kb!
  amazing lol.

  before I found myself upgraded.
