Hi Bill.

Your most welcome and I'm happy to help you with this product at any time. OK,
to answer your questions in order:
Firstly, I believe you can schedule the disk defragmenter but I don't know of
any other programs in the suite that can be scheduled. If you launch the main
interface and use the jaws cursor, you will be able to see what processes were
run and when so for instance if your thinking of running one button checkup,
the main screen will tell you when you last ran it. I suggest running one
button checkup at least once a week to keep your system in tip top condition.
Secondly yes you do have to register it after 15 days, however the registration
fee is only $29.95 although you can pay in other currencies as well since they
use a payment processing company. You can find the registration option in the
main interface, simply go to the help option in the menu bar and then register.
Hit the purchase button and you'll be taken to the auslogics website to
complete your purchase. The trial is fully functional and there are no
restrictions on use during your 15 days as far as I know.

All the best and good luck with the program.

Hi Ibrahim. Thanks for responding to my request so promptly. It is indeed a
nice feeling to know that if we have a problem, there is always someone out
there who will try to help.
I am having a good look at it now, it sounds a good programme. I have just
another couple of questions if you don't mind.
  1. Do you know if there is anyway of scheduling it?
  2. Do I have to register it, if so, I can't find where to do it?
  3. I also can't find out where to purchase it from, or how much?
I have managed to put the 1 stop button on the desktop, so I no longer have
to see the original interface. My first reaction is that the programme is too
good to be true, and is very blind friendly. Thanks once again. Bill.

    Hi Bill.

Don't bother with the main interface, you can launch the utilities from the
BoostSpeed menu group in the start menu. Is there anything specific you are
trying to do? For a simple rundown and general optimisation of your system you
can use the one button checkup tool, but if you want to do more advanced
cleaning operations then you'll need to launch the individual utilities which
can be customised the way you want.

    All the best, Ibrahim.

PS, if your still having problems I'd be more than happy to talk you
through things by phone.

Hi Ibrahim, I have downloaded Auslogics boostspeed, but how can one use
it when I cannot get Hal nor Jaws to tell me where the start button is? When I
tab, all I get is Details or Task. and entering on any of these does absolutely
nothing. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Bill.

        Hi Barbra.

Trash the lot. One of the problems a lot of people have with dell is
their persistent installation of what are termed craplets. These programs
offer additional functionality you probably won't use, are mostly inaccessible
and consume resources which could otherwise be used by your applications and
windows to provide you with a faster, smoother and generally more enjoyable
experience. Once you've removed the applications, you might like to try
Auslogics BoostSpeed which can significantly speed up your machine by removing
junk from the registry, defragmenting both registry and hard drive as well as
clear junk such as internet traces, cache and temporary files not to mention
optimize your memory configuration, speed up internet browsing by adjusting
advanced internet parameters and offering a plethora of other tweaks and
adjustments you can make.

        All the best, Ibrahim.

          Hi all

I am using a Del desktop PC. The computer came with a few bits of Del
software loaded. I am wondering if removing this software would cause any
problems? The software in question is:

          Del data safe online
          Del driver reset tool
          Del support centre

          Any advice greatly appreciated.
