You can make a complaint to TfL if it is London but not sure about outside
London. Just contact the bus company. They are really keen to get feedback.

of staff, there are employment laws and regulations which have to be
followed. Whereas if Jo Bloggs in the street wishes to make a
complaint, he is under no obligation to identify himself and has the
right to ask for anonymity.
