If as appears to be the case,BT are selling contact information without
due consent of the customer they are in clear breach of a number of
regulations. unfortunately recent trends would seem to suggest we are
moving towards a legislative model that favours corporate profits over
and above any residual rights individuals have( or had) with respect to
their personal data.
