You are correct, Christine. 

The recommendation is that an AFB label should be printed in
green ink, and that the word "Cecogrammes" (with an s)
should be in blue ink underneath the words "ARTICLES FOR THE
BLIND".

I don't know, but this is true, I've done it myself too, but
you ought to
put the word Cecogramme on the parcel too, its on every
