Andy, I think maybe you are stretching a point some what. I often
fear the concession we enjoy now with Articles for the Blind postage
is being somewhat abused, and I'm not sure that dealers in access
products should be using the service as much as they do. I've had
invoices sent me with articles for the blind labels stuck on the
envelope, just to give one example. HumanWare did observe the rules
better, I think, when they sent me a VAT exemption form to sign by
regular postage.

While I know that many blind people are poor, and aren't slow to point
that out, I believe we could be shooting ourselves in the foot if
persistent mis-use or abuse of the concession continues.

Just My twenty eight pence worth - or is it more now to send a letter
second class?

So, if the bbc shop, and Chivers use AFB labels for their blind
customers,
then why can't we use them to send audio books to each other? Yes,
these are
comercially available books, but in a way, we are restricted in our
access
to the printed word, and can't just buy the audio version on the
hi-street -

Maybe I'm taking limited choice too far here?
