Andy I don't see why not, so just ask at your Post Office. However, be sure you are only using articles for the blind free post for things which are actually special for us. DAISY books are ok, but commercially recorded books, DVD's, CD's, etc, are not, as they can be bought by everyone and played on standard equipment. I believe there are hefty fines for infringing the rules, and you can't take the risk that they won't check. The Post Office is losing too much money these days, so they may well target us for spot checks.
