[acc_tr_vsk] Strategy for the UNT

Hi Comrads !
With 8 skippers and surely more in the next future, I suggest to form
national sub-groups. This way has advantages for the practices when
using TS because we then may talk our native language. This also has
the advantage to handle our allways growing team and fetch our goal:
promote ACC TR. The alternative would be to stop the recruitment and
to stay 8 for ever ...
I have written a post in the french part of the official forum:

recruit french and "even-beginer" skippers to built the UNT sub group:
UNT.fr. I suggest you do the same in your native language and in the
most active forums of your country.
I suggest We do not found a sub-group (minimum 3 skippers) while there
are not at least 2 potential sub-groups in the UNT. Also, i think
nobody is obliged to do that, UNT can enjoy racing even there is no
sub group. It is just a idea which can give something or nothing.
