[24hoursupport] Win98 SE upgrade

I read that if you run a Windows98 SE upgrade cd, it will have trouble if your
Windows98 was itself an upgrade from Windows 95. Any idea why or what kind of
trouble could happen?
Also that if your pc runs okay with Win98, it'll run slower on XP. Any idea
*how much* slower?
