Thanks Mike. As I understand it, the latest version of the Marble Mouse is now 4 button. It's got 2 additional tiny buttons at the top of the larger ones for scrolling both up/down and left/right. Murray, have you seen the Microsoft Navigator? They have one on display at my local Office Depot. Although it was mounted high and at an upward angle my hand was cradled perfectly when I rested it. I think it would be a dream if I could use the thumb ball. Unfortunately my experience with the previous one I had and the pain it caused has really turned me off to these. I have an old shoulder injury which left permanent damage and some residual problems with my arm, wrist, hand and neck, I'm sure this is the incompatibility. Thanks again guys, Catherine On 5 Nov 2002 at 10:37, Mike wrote: > Hi Catherine, > Yes the Logitech Marble Mouse is optical. > > I use it on the second computer on my desk as it does not require any > rolling space as the normal mouse does. > > I prefer the Wheel Mouse as it has the scrolling wheel for scrolling > text and web pages. But it does occupy more desk space. > ~*~*~*~*~ Was this forwarded to you? Want to subscribe? Send an email to 1stpickpchelp-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=subscribe.
