Hi Owen
I am using jaws but, I imagine the following shortcuts should work for you:
1. Press alt and V to get to the view menu
2. Press B. You can now use your up/down arrow keys to choose the way you
want your messages to be sorted. When you come to the option you want, press
the enter key.

They are normally sorted by received.

Joan Ann.

  Hi Joan Ann.

Thank you for your e-mail. Could you give me step by step how I can comply
with your instructions, using the short cut keys. I use supernova.

    Hi Owen

In outlook express, you could go to view and sort by which has a sub-menu
that allows you to sort your e-mails by subject, sender, priority, flag,
attachment ETC.
By default, e-mails are sorted by received mail.

    Hope this helps
    Joan Ann.

      Hi Owen,

Under Tools, Rules and Alerts in Microsoft Outlook, or similar option in
Outlook express, a rule could be set up to move incoming mail messages with a
particular subject to a specified folder. I’ve just done this in Microsoft
Outlook, and it resorted existing emails that I had already received, plus puts
the new ones into the specified folder.

      Regards Mary

      Hi all.

I received a number of e-mails from the same person over the last 18
months referring to the same subject, however they are all scattered. Is there
any way I can group them all together so that I can open them up easily
