The source in CVS in Richard's E-UAE Sourceforge project currently includes a
tool called 'make_hdf' which is built automatically when you build E-UAE.
It takes three arguments: the path to the HDF file, the size (in megabytes or
gigabytes) and, optionally, a device name (default is DH0). When you run it, it
creates the HDF file and prints to stdout the appropriate config lines for
using the hardfile.
