Well, here are some of the issues we ran in to. 

1) Passthru of user credentials when the server has the Novell client
installed.  See TID 10024791- "Instruct NWGINA and login to accept the
proper user credentials in a MetaFrame Environment"

2) Storing the profile on a Netware volume.  We had all sorts of grief with
this for some reason.  It kept corrupting the profiles and giving us app
errors, and strangely enough would not map the home drive correctly no
matter what we tried.  Moved them to a Win2K server and it worked fine.

3) Installing the Workstation Manager as part of the client caused us all
sorts of grief with user policies.  We don't install that piece anymore.

Those are the ones that come to mind.  Hope it helps.
