Mostly bulbs, no ballasts. When you get there, listen closely to the ballast
while it's firing.....bad bulb will tic tic tic......tic tic tic.....I've
had some where the ballast will cause the bulb to rattle like a thin piece
of sheet metal, ballast is good, but the bulb has lost the gas if you hear
that.
