I find money and time wise, Post Office is the best for me.
UPS and Purolator charge a fee for clearing it through customs, Canada  
Post doesn't. Took two weeks to get a Flyback here from Electronica,  
which was not the fault of Electronica. I guess Customs is a government  
job...Monday and Tuesday are too close after the weekend...and Thursday  
and Friday are too close to the coming weekend, so basically they are  
just working Wednesday.;-)
