[TechAssist] Magnavox 20MS233S Ch.?

At plug in I have 97 v on Diodes 6520 and 6522. 10.8v on 6521.
At turn on I have the following for about 5 seconds:
42v on diode 6722.
8.6 on diode 6724.
27v on diode 6725
HV comes up to 27K volts.
I suspect FBT because screen voltage is low at 100v but I do not have
the part # for the FBT.
Any ideas?
