That's true. What that does is call the customers judgement into question.That was covered in the course I took back in '68 But as for the customer "liking" us?? They don't. That was also covered in the course. Do you ever desire to use the services of a plumber, lawyer doctor etc.?? When someone comes to us their toy is broken, and they are P$#%&. We appear to profit from their mis-fortune. Guess that's true also. Anyway, at my age, I'm much more interested in pleasing myself than anyone else.
