[TechAssist] Re: PTK195 Shutdown

This is good advice Waler.
 Don't let the customer have control over how you service the product.
BUT never tell the customer the product they purchased was a bad choice.
They will automatically dislike you, and may not have confidence in your
ability.
I learned this the hard way a long time ago.
If the customer brings up the fact they maybe should have purchased another
brand, then  I sometimes might agree or if they ask I will tell them what my
preferences are.

and Keith if the customer doesn't have a second tv you might take a 20"-27"
loaner so you can pull lite box for shop service.
