[TechAssist] PTK195 Shutdown

I am going on an out of town roadie, about 200 miles, on one of these sets 
that has shut down problems. It doesn't sound like x-ray protect from the 
way the cust describes it. I noticed a few postings about glue. Could this 
be the culprit ? If so, which board and general area is this glue located on 
? I guess I could bring the light box in, but they are quite adamant about 
going without TV .  BTW, what did we do before TV ?
