[TechAssist] Re: PTK195 Shutdown

Keith:

The common shutdown problems I have seen are IHVTs, and there are several
different ones.  Any chance of getting a complete model number (service
number), including all the extras such as yx1 or so on the end.  I have seen
the same model using different IHVTs in variants.  Thomson is trying to help
us out.

Don't recall anything about glue on this chassis.
