Parts for these are supplied by Samsung.  800-634-8276.  Call to verifry but I 
believe you can buy the convergence module for less than $60. (AA96-00034A)-- 
Or, The second stk was probably stressed (I replace both), check for low ohm 
resistors that have changed value.
