Try Leamington, some of them are Kamikasi manque.  
Assuming that because they are on the 'main' road that they have right of
way over traffic from the right on the roundabout!

I agree Terry, for the most part traffic does flow better when the
signals are off. However, have you ever watched drivers at a mini
roundabout? It is somewhere between bazaar and laughable! No-one seems
to know what to do - most people stop, their eyes glaze over and they
wait for 'something' to happen.... then they all try to go at once. Or
is this just Merseyside?
