I agree Terry, for the most part traffic does flow better when the
signals are off. However, have you ever watched drivers at a mini
roundabout? It is somewhere between bazaar and laughable! No-one seems
to know what to do - most people stop, their eyes glaze over and they
wait for 'something' to happen.... then they all try to go at once. Or
is this just Merseyside?
