Richard,
Maybe you are one of the eternal optimists but since when do the public
ever realise what we do for them? We put a lot of time and effort into
fine tuning our Siemens SCOOT system and everything works very well. But
on that one occasion that a loop goes faulty or is damaged by a
contractor and you end up with five extra cars in a queue, the phones
start ringing!
