It always amazes me why some people think because you judge German Shepherds
you want to judge other breeds.Years ago an akc rep told me I better get
going if I hoped to get the group. I just laughed at him and said I was
not interested. He could not believe it. I like many other specialists am
completed devoted to German Shepherds. Many of us have no desire to add
other breeds to our license. We don't want to spend our week ends at all
breed shows judging other breeds. We don't want to be on the road traveling
all the time. Now getting paid once in a while to judge might be nice rather
then taking money out of my own pocket when I judge but not if I have spend
the day with other breeds. Guess I am not a true DOG person but a German
Shepherd person.
