If you develop accordingly, you should get useable, though somewhat flat negs. Might be grainy too. SHouldn't be hard to find development times for tri-x in d-76 for 100 speed rating.

Be Just And Fear Not

They may be pretty flat because you will have to reduce CI about 2 paper grades to get the speed right. Reducing development will _reduce_ grain somewhat. Grain generally increases with density and there are some more complex factors for push development but pull development and normal densities should give you decreased grain if anything. I have some question about how well these "rules of thumb" work for modern films.
