perhaps i'm the last person you should listen to when it comes to
suggestions of this kind, but i'd say than rather to subtract the same
time when pulling instead of pushing, i'd go with... err... "ratios"
(?)

i mean: you "should" add 3.30 on 9.45 for a 2 stop push, that is about
30% of the total time, then you'd multiply your development time by
1.3.

then, for a 2 stop pull, i'd divide the time by 1.3.
