Hello Gerald, and all who responded.

Thanks a lot for the replies.

So, "bisulfite lye" it is - OK. Now I know what it is, but am still at
a loss about my original second question.

I need 8 grams of sodium bisulfite for 4 liters of water. How much is
that in terms of 37% bisulfite lye?

TIA

Fyodor.
