I forget what Kodak recommends as far as useful life of the working solution, something like 2 to 4 weeks. I find it easier not to overwork the bath or try to extend its recommended life. This stuff's cheap to make (or even buy for that matter) and I usually discard it after a single long session or at most keep it a few of days. During warm weather it will form a bacterial slime if kept too long. It's called Ripper iodine titration method. Doesn't work with developers unless developing agents are first separated but since the wash aid is plain sulfite/bisulfite bath this is sufficient. More practical way is to use silver nitrate test to evaluate whether prints are washing fast enough every time prints are made. This is my preferred method. -- Ryuji Suzuki "Keep a good head and always carry a light camera." =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D= =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D= =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D= =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D To unsubscribe from this list, go to www.freelists.org and logon to your account (the same e-mail address and password you set-up when you subscribed,) and unsubscribe from there. ============================================================================================================= To unsubscribe from this list, go to www.freelists.org and logon to your account (the same e-mail address and password you set-up when you subscribed,) and unsubscribe from there.
