That's a bad shot again.  There is a well known sulfite test kit that
works on this principle sold by CHEMetrics.  Vintners are very
familiar with it because it's a quick and easy way to check sulfite
level. The test solutions come in single use vials in a case, with
test tubes and everything. It's as easy as the 1.0M iodide fixer
exhaustion test solution to use.
