Does anyone know what the purported purpose of EDTA in pyro developers
is? That is beyond being a calcium sequestering agent.

Mark, if it is PMK you're using, Gordon recommends adding 5ml per liter=20
of a 10 percent solution of EDTA for rotary processing (or doubling Part
A).
