Right on!! I saw this coming years ago when Kodak was
officially sending out iffy vibrations and Ilford made
a commitment to B&W. My suggestion at the time was
that our only hope was to support the company that was
trying to support us. We, most certainly including
many on this list, put Ilford into insolvency by not
doing so. I did my part. Anybody interested in trying
to save the B&W market this time, or would you rather
stock up and ride the dead kodak horse while the rest
die too? I know, I know, Ilford doesn't make the
particular paper you love so much. But they do still
make paper. Think about that, folks, and think about
which way you're going to complain after they die while
you're printing on the freezer full of kodak you're
thinking of buying today. Either way, some day you're
going to have to learn to live without kodak paper. Do
you really want to wake up to a world with no papers at
all? Kodak didn't care about you years ago, so why not
let them eat the paper.
History teaches us that man does not learn from history.

I suggest to jump ship now and get used to other papers. My money is on Ilford but I wouldn't hesitate to try something else also. The main point is, we need to buy paper and we need to get into the darkrooms and make some prints. Otherwise, all we will have left is talking about it.
If people would print more, we wouldnt be in this mess.
