I'm fairly sure* that if you built the document using Adobe FrameMaker, so that the Timeline was in its own 'text flow',and created a tagged PDF with Adobe Distiller, that would make a PDF where a screen
reader would follow the Timeline fine* well, a bit sure ;) I've never actually had to make a document like that for my dayjob, but it's a standard requirement for things like newspapers and magazines, where articles
