All fixed, though only the first is Errata, the other two were properly italicised and accent-marked in the original books.
It seems the books are approaching a stage where problems are not being found very often...hopefully that means they won't need much more work. It'll be nice to get the earlier books especially at a stage where we can think of them as "complete". :-)
