Hi Ann,

I don't know what might come with the Windows operating 
system to magnify the screen.  However, there are products 
available to do this although kind of expensive.

I am a blind person who uses a screen reader and the company 
that produces the software I use also sells a screen 
magnifier.  There is a trial version available.  Information
