Do you have junk mail rules set?
Look in the junk mail folder.
Your ISP could be blocking the mail, but you would usually receive a bounced 
email if that
were the case.

from my ISP address to my Yahoo and Hotmail ones, but absolutely not vice
versa. I am really puzzled.
