That's a good point I forgot to mention. (i.e. You *should* be getting some kind of bounced message back to your Y or HM account). Of course "should" is the key word, they may be who's responsible for it and just not sending any bounced message, and could be just "blackholing" it. So keep that in mind. You'll probably have to ask them. Is this a recent thing or has it been going on for a long time?
