Antivirus is just that. SystemWorks has several other parts such as
WinDoctor which checks for Windows problems and repairs them, Cleansweep
which cleans un-needed files, and Disc Doctor which defrags your drives. I
haven't had Ghost and Go Back, but I understand it's something like System
Restore.
