Most software is licensed for a single installation or use on a single computer. Those licensed for more than that usually make a big deal of it on the package cover. This is very common with Internet Security Suites. I got a good deal on Office Standard and it came with a three computer license. If it was a promotional deal that your employer wangled with M$ it may be good for 2 or 3 computers. Check the license that came with your copy of Office. That is the only sure way of knowing what is permitted. If it is Office 2007 it will, at a minimum work in Vista x64. Maybe as a 32 bit program, but it will work.
