Are YOU running the paid version? and do you find it a good deal? I can't even 
get a download of Norton at this point. I was going to try 2004 but for some 
reason that web site isn't responding to the request for trial download and I 
won't BUY it until I see how it installs.

Actually, there is a paid version for an individual computer (about
$ 33), as well as a paid bundle of said version with the Kerio
Personal Firewall ($ 55).

The paid versions include customer support, the free one doesn't.
