I just burn the cd as a data file and my cheap DVD player plays them as a
slideshow if left alone or I can flip through one by one manually.  Perhaps
ypour DVD player doesn't do this - worth a try though.  If not there are a
few slide show programs such as ProShow Gold that allows you to do a number
of transitions and syncing to music.
