Rose, If dual booting to two different OSs seems too daunting, try cloning your primary to a second hard drive. If you leave the drive installed as a secondary drive you can always restart to the boot menu and select the secondary drive to boot with. Or, after you verify a working clone, remove the drive and put it in a safe place to use if you need it.
