Thanks GMan.  I did some further reading as referenced in the Event Viewer 
and had kind of come to that conclusion.  I didn't know  the why of it so I 
appreciate your explanation. It said something like, "No action needed by 
the user".  Now can you tell me why there are so many red x errors by 
Automatic Live Update in the Event Viewer?
